Your tasks:

  • administrative assistance of our sales team
  • order processing, customer support/telesales and appointment coordination
  • customer care and new customer acquisition
  • statistical analysis/sales reports
  • linking function to all internal and external organizational units

Your profile:

  • successful completion of a commercial education
  • ideally as forwarding merchant
  • excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • good command of English
  • a good knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
  • indipendent, customer oriented manner of work
  • organizational skills, great commitment and ability to work in a team
  • sociability and flexibilty
